고해성사

일러두기 현대 교회에서 고해가 사라지고 있습니다. 고해는 자주하는 것이 바람직하므로 가능한 주1회 이상 실시하고, 자신의 죄를 깊이 성찰하여, 대죄와 소죄를 빠트림 없이 진솔되게 해야 합니다. 고해 전에는 성교공과에 있는 고해전송을, 고해 후에는 고해후송을 바치고 이어서 신부님이 주신 보속(기도)을 행하면 됩니다. 전통 가톨릭에선 공동고해는 있을 수 없습니다. 공동고해는 비상시, 예를 들어, 개별고해가 불가능한 전쟁(전투)을 앞둔 많은 군인들을 위해 비상수단으로는 하지만, 그러나 공동고해 이후에, 반드시 개별고해를 다시 해야 한다는 조건이 붙는 것이니 평상시의 공동고해는 있을 수 없습니다.

고해성사 방법

1. 성찰 

고해소에 들어가기 전, 고해전송과 대죄와 소죄 등을  마음속으로 생각하기

2. 진실한 통회(가장 중요함. 다시는 절대로 그 죄를 짓지 않겠다는 결심)
           

  0. 대죄를 하나도 빠뜨리지 말 것
  0. 일부러 통회하지 않으면 모고해가 되고
  0. 잊어버려서 통회를 못해도 죄는 사해지지 않는다.

3. 고해소 안에서

1) “신부는 죄인에게 강복하소서.” 성호경을 긋는다.

2) 고죄경 전반부 “오주 전능하신 천주와 평생 동정이신 성 마리아와 성 미가엘 대천신과, 성 요한 세자와, 종도 성 베드로 성 바오로와, 모든 성인(과 신부께)고하오니, 나 과연 생각과 말과 행함에 죄를 심히 많이  얻었나이다.

3) 고해한지 00일 되었습니다.

4) 죄의 내용(대죄와 소죄를 자세히)고해하기

5) “이외에 나 성찰하지 못한 죄와 알아내지 못한 죄와 남이 나로 인하여 범한 죄 있을 것이니 사제는 도무지 나를 벌하고 사하소서.”
6) 고죄경 후반부 “내 탓이오(가슴을 치라), 내 탓이오. 내 큰  탓이로소이다. 이러므로 평생 동정이신 성 마리아와 성 미가엘 대천신과 성 요한 세자와 종도 성 베드로 성 바오로와 모든 성신성녀(와 신부께)나를 위하여 오주 천주께 전구하심을 비옵나이다.

8)사제의 사죄경을 염할 때 통회의 기도 하기:
“오, 나의 천주여, 우리 천주께 득죄하였음을 진심으로 통회하나이다. 나의 모든 죄과를 고백하오니, 이는 천국을 잃음과 지옥의 고통을 두려워함이며, 그 무엇보다 지선하신 천주를 만위 위에 사랑함을 인함이로소이다. 이제 일심으로 제 죄과를 통회하고 마음을 정하여 보속을 행함과 생활의 개선을 굳게 하려 하오니 바라건대 천주는 나를 도우소서.”
 9) 성호경 긋기
 10) 사제: 편안히 가십시오.

고해성사 양식

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.
성부와 성자와 성신의 이름을 인하여 하나이다. 아멘.

Bless me Father, for I have sinned. I confess to almighty God and to you Father.
신부는 죄인에게 강복하소서, 나의 범한 모든 죄를 전능하신 천주와 신부께 고백합니다.

1st Commandment (제1계)

Have you been neglectful in prayer?
기도를 소홀히 하였는가?

Have you neglected daily prayers?
일상 기도를 게을리 했는가?

Have you been willfully distracted during prayer?
기도하는 동안 고의적으로 분심을 가졌었는가?

Have you read books against your faith?
신심에 위배되는 책들을 읽었는가?

Have you despaired of your salvation, or of the forgiveness of your sins?
너의 구령이나 죄의 용서에 대하여 낙망하였었는가?

Have you despaired of his mercy?
그분의 자비에 대하여 낙망하였었는가?

Have you murmured against God, or His providence?
천주께 대하여 불평하였는가 또는 그분의 섭리에 대하여 불평하였는가?

Have you denied faith?
신앙을 거부하였는가?

Have you willfully doubted in matters of faith?
신앙 문제에 고의적으로 의심을 품었었는가?

Have you been willfully doubting, denying, or disbelieving the Catholic faith or speaking against it?
가톨릭의 신앙을 고의로 의심하든가, 부정하든가, 불신하든가, 또는 그것에 반하여 이야기 하였는가?

Have you been ignorant of the articles of the Creed, or the Commandments?
교리 요목이나 계명에 무식하였는가?

Have you unauthorizedly interpreted the Scriptures?

2nd Commandment (제2계)

Have you taken the name of God in vain?
천주님의 이름을 함부로 남용하였는가?

Have you sworn falsely or unnecessarily?
거짓으로 혹은 불필요하게 맹세를 하였는가?
Have you spoken ill of God, or the saints, or what is sacred?
천주님이나 성인성녀나 신성한 것을 나쁘게 말하였는가?

Have you spoken irreverently of holy things or persons?
성물이나 신부, 수도자들에 대하여 불손한 말을 했는가?

Have you profaned or abused holy places or things Consecrated to God?
신성한 장소를 그릇되게 쓰거나 또는 천주께 봉헌된 물건들을 독성(모독)하였는가?

Have you blasphemed God?
천주님을 모독했는가?

Have you lied under oath?
법정에서 서약하고 거짓말을 한 일이 있는가?

Have you broken a vow?
서원(맹세)를 깨뜨렸는가?

Have you been accustomed to swearing and breaking a lawful oath?
습관적으로 맹세를 하고 깨뜨린 일이 있습니까?

3rd Commandment (제3계)

Have you neglected Mass on Sunday or Holy days of obligation?
주일 또는 파공 첨례날 미사 참여의 의무를 게을리 했는가?

Have you been disrespectful in church?
교회 안에서 무례한 짓을 했는가?

Have you been inattentive at Mass or hearing it irreverently?
미사에 태만하게 참례했거나, 또는 불손한 자세로 임한 일이 있는가?

Have you come late for Mass or left before the end of Mass?
미사에 늦게 오거나 또는 미사가 끝나기 전에 자리를 떠났는가?

Have you neglected to sanctify the Lord’s day?
주의 날을 거룩히 지내는 것을 소홀히 하였는가?

Have you performed servile work on a Sunday or Holy day of obligation?
주일이나 파공 첨례날에 육체노동을 하였는가?

4th Commandment (제4계)

For Children (자녀에게 해당)

Have you been disobedient or disrespectful to your parents or lawful superiors?
부모나 법적 윗사람에게 불효하거나 무례한 짓을 하였는가?

Have you abused or cursed them?
그들을 학대하거나 또는 저주하였는가?

Have you desired your parents’ death?
부모가 죽기를 바랐는가?

Have you lifted your hand against them?
그들을 때린 적이 있는가?

Have you disowned them, or been ashamed of them before others?
그들을 자기와 관계없다고 말하거나 또는 다른 이들 앞에서 그들을 부끄러이 여겼는가?

Have you grieved or insulted them?
부모를 슬프게 하거나 또는 모욕하였는가?

Have you stolen or squandered their substance?
그들의 물건을 훔치거나 또는 낭비하였는가?

Have you neglected to succor your parents in their poverty or any other necessities?
부모가 빈곤하거나 어떠한 것이 필요할 때 도움을 소홀히 하였는가?

Have you angered your parents?
부모를 노하게 하였는가?

Have you incited others against them or have you answered them in a petulant manner?
부모에게 불량스럽게 대답하거나 그들에게 대항해 싸우도록 다른 이들을 충동질한 일이 있는가?

Have you been impatient or peevish when they remind you of your faults?
그들이 네게 잘못을 상기시킬 때 짜증이나 화를 내었는가?

Have you disregarded their good advice?
그들의 좋은 충고를 무시하였는가?

Have you wilfully eaten flesh-meat on forbidden days?
금지된 날에 고기를 고의적으로 먹게 하였는가?

Have you neglected to fast on the days prescribed?
재를 지키도록 규정된 날들을 소홀히 하였는가?

For parents (부모에게 해당)

Have you neglected to send your children to church on Sunday or Holy days of obligation?
주일 또는 파공첨례날에 아이들을 교회에 보내는 것을 게을리 했는가?

Have you given them a bad example?
아이들에게 나쁜 표양을 주었는가?

Have you permitted them to keep late hours or go to questionable places?
아이들에게 늦게 까지 시간을 갖거나 또는 의심스런 장소에 가는 것을 허락했는가?

Have you failed to discipline children?
아이들을 항상 성실하게 교육했는가?

Have you neglected their religious instruction?
그들의 종교 교육을 게을리 하였는가?

Have you neglected to see that they regularly approach the sacraments of penance and Eucharist?
그들이 규칙적으로 성체성사와 고해성사를 받는지 살펴보기를 게을리 했는가?

Have you neglected to teach children prayers and the Christian doctrine?
아이들에게 기도와 크리스찬 교리 가르치기를 게을리 했는가?

Have you neglected to remove from them the occasions of sin, such as dangerous companions and bad books?
그들을 위험한 모임과 나쁜 책 등 죄의 기회로부터 멀리하게 하는 것을 소홀히 하였는가?

Have you been letting children say bad words, or keep dangerous company with the other sex?
아이들이 나쁜 말을 하거나 또는 이성과 함께 위험을 행동하는 것을 방관하였는가?

Have you neglected to educate them according to your means?
그들의 교육을 게을리 한 적이 있는가?

Have you been cruel to or cursing children?
아이들에게 잔인했거나 또는 저주를 하였는가?

Have you flattered their passions, connived at their faults, or allowed them to indulge in their evil inclinations?
그들의 열정을 칭찬하거나, 잘못들을 묵인하거나, 또는 그들의 나쁜 경향을 충족시키는 것을 허락했는가?

Did not you let them follow their vocation to be nuns, monks, or priests?
수녀, 수사, 혹은 사제가 되려는 그들의 성소를 막은 일이 있습니까?

Have you been without just reason hinder their marriage or force them to marry?
올바른 이유없이 그들의 결혼을 방해하거나 또는 억지로 그들을 결혼케 하였는가?

Have you accused her/him wrongly [without respect] and by this [wrong accusation] have you given a bad example?
(그녀 또는 그)를 잘못 꾸짖어 나쁜 표양이 된 일이 있는가?

Have you angered, grieved or insulted your (wife/husband)?
(아내 또는 남편)을 노하게 하거나 매우 슬프게 하거나 또는 모욕하였는가?

Have you been cruel or shown bad behaviors to one another?
서로에게 잔악하거나 나쁜 행실을 하였는가?

Did you not as a wife take care of the household?
아내로서 가정을 돌보지 않았는가?

Have you failed to provide for your family?
가족을 열심히 부양하였는가?

Have you shown contempt or disobedience to your lawful superiors, spiritual or temporal?

먹는 것에 무절제한 적이 있는가?

Have you wilfully entertained impure thoughts or desires?
고의로 음란한 생각 또는 욕망을 하며 즐긴 일이 있는가?

Have you spoken immodestly or taken pleasure in immodest conversation?
추잡한 말을 했거나 또는 추잡한 대화를 하며 즐긴 일이 있는가?

Have you read immodest books?
추잡한 책들을 읽었는가?

Have you taken pleasure in immodest looks or touches on yourself or others?
자기나 또는 남의 추잡한 것을 보거나 만짐으로써 즐긴 일이 있는가?

Have you visited dangerous places of amusement?
위험한 오락장소에 간 일이 있는가?

Have you committed immodest actions alone or with others?
혼자 또는 다른 이와 함께 추잡한 행위를 범하였는가?

7th and 10th Commandments (제7계와 제10계)

Have you been guilty of stealing or cheating?
도둑질 하거나 사기의 죄를 범하였는가?

What did you steal, and how often?
무엇을 훔쳤는가 그리고 얼마나 자주 훔쳤는가?

Did you help others to steal?
다른 이의 도둑질을 도왔는가?

Did you receive stolen things?
도둑질한 물건을 받았는가?

Have you wilfully damaged your neighbor’s property?
고의로 이웃 사람의 재산에 손해를 주었는가?

Have you not returned things found to the owner?
찾은 물건들을 주인에게 돌려주지 않았는가?

Have you unjustly delayed or refused to pay your debts?
불의하게 빚 갚기를 미루거나 또는 거부하였는가?

Have you restored ill-gotten goods?
부정 수단으로 얻은 물건을 반환하지 않았는가?

Have you been avaricious?
탐욕하였는가?

Have you wilfully had the desire to steal, cheat or damage your neighbor’s goods?
고의적으로 이웃 물건을 훔치든가, 사기하든가, 손상하기를 원했는가?

Have you defrauded insurance companies?
고의로 사고를 낸 뒤 보험금을 챙긴 일이 있는가?

Have you taken from your employer?
고용주로부터 탈취하였는가?

Have you injured others in their employment or goods?
그들의 물건 또는 고용인들에 손해를 끼쳤는가

Have you defrauded in weights or measures?
무게나 분량을 속여 편취하였는가?

Have you defrauded those employed by you?
당신에게 고용된 사람들의 임금을 가로챈 일이 있는가

Have you unjustly deferred payment of wages?
부당하게 임금을 분할지불(연체)하였는가?

Have you unreasonably desired worldly goods and possessions?
부당하게 세속적인 상품과 소유물을 탐하였는가?

Have you violated your lawful promises or led others to do so?
합법한 계약을 어기거나 또는 다른 이를 그렇게 하도록 이끌었는가
Have you broken a promise of marriage without just reason?
정당한 이유없이 약혼을 깨뜨렸는가?

8th Commandment (제8계)

Have you borne false witness against your neighbor in court?
법정에서 너의 이웃에 대하여 허위 증언을 하였는가?

Have you lied to the injury of your neighbors?
이웃의 손해에 대하여 거짓말을 하였는가?

Have you been guilty of telling lies?
거짓말을 한 일이 있는가?

Have you had unjust suspicions?
정당한 이유없이 남을 의심한 일이 있는가?

Have you entertained a false suspicion of your neighbor or been guilty of rash judgement?
네 이웃에 대하여 그릇된 혐의를 두거나 경솔한 판단을 하는 것을 즐겨하였는가?

Have you been guilty of calumny, by saying of your neighbor what is false or uncertain?
네 이웃에 대해 거짓이거나 확실하지 않은 것을 떠들어 중상비방하는 죄를 범하였는가?

Have you willingly given ear to detraction or calumny?
남을 중상하거나 비방하는 것을 고의로 들으려 한 적이 있는가?

Have you been guilty of detraction by publishing your neighbor’s secret faults?
네 이웃의 은밀한 결점을 비난하여 퍼뜨린 일이 있는가?

Have you failed to make reparation for sins of detraction and calumny?
네 중상 모략으로 인해 다른 사람이 입은 손해를 보상하지 않았는가?

Have you carried stories or caused trouble?
고자질 또는 이간질을 하였는가?

Have you caused quarrels by tale bearing?
고자질 또는 이간질을 하여 다른 이들을 싸우도록 만든 일이 있는가?

Have you used bad language to others?
다른 이에게 나쁜 말을 사용하였는가?

Commandments of the church (교회 법규)

Have you neglected your yearly confession?
연 1회의 고해성사를 게을리 했는가?

Have you failed to make Easter duty?
부활절의 의무를 어겼는가 (매년 부활첨례를 전후하여 적어도 한번은 영성체 하는 것)

Have you neglected when able to support the church?
교회 유지비(교무금)를 낼 수 있는 능력이 있음에도 게을리 했는가?

Have you eaten meat on the day of abstinence knowingly?
절제의 날(소재, 대재)에 알고서도 고기를 먹었는가?

Have you eaten more than one full meal knowingly on fast days?
대잿날에 알고서도 2끼 이상 먹었는가?

Have you attempted marriage contrary to the laws of the church?
교회법을 거슬러 결혼을 하려 했는가?

Did you leave your spouse without just cause?
정당한 이유없이 배우자를 버린 일이 있는가?

Did you wastefully spend money?
돈을 낭비 하였는가?

Have you been in secret or forbidden societies?
