FSSPX(성 비오 10세 사제회) 본부, 주교 성성 발표 - FSSPX News (2026. 2. 2) [출처] https://fsspx.news/en/news/general-house-fsspx-announces-future-consecrations-57009 성모 취결례 축일인 2026년 2월 2일, 성 비오 10세 사제회의 다비데 파글리아라니 총장은 프랑스 플라비니 쉬르 오제랭의 성 요한 마리아 비안네 국제 신학교에서 수단(cassock) 착복식을 주재하면서, 오는 7월 1일에 새 주교 성성(主教 成聖)을 거행하는 임무를 사제회의 주교들에게 위임한다는 결정을 공식적으로 발표했습니다. 작년 8월, 총장은 교황 성하의 알현을 청하면서 성비오 10세 사제회의 현황을 효심을 담아 성하께 전하겠다는 뜻을 밝혔습니다. 총장은 두 번째 서한에서, 교회의 전통을 고수하는, 그리고 영혼의 선익을 위해 성품성사와 견진성사가 수여되기를 간절히 바라는 많은 신자들에게 부응하기 위해 거의 사십 년 동안 전 세계를 두루 돌아다녀온 (사제회의)주교들의 직무가 앞으로도 지속될 수 있도록 보장해야 하는 사제회의 구체적 필요성을 분명히 전했습니다. 오랜 기도를 통한 깊은 성찰과, 우리의 요청에 전혀 응답하지 않은 서한을 최근 교황청으로부터 받은 후, 파글리아라니 신부는 자문 위원회의 만장일치의 권고에 따라, 객관적으로 영혼들이 처한 위중한 긴급상황(state of necessity)이 그러한 결정을요구한다고 판단했습니다. 마르셀 르페브르 대주교의 역사적 선언 50주년 기념일인 2024년 11월 21일에 총장이 쓴 글에는 그의 생각과 의도가 그 어느 때보다 잘 반영되어 있습니다: “진리를 소유하고 있고 진리를 전파할 수 있으며 진리를 섬길 수 있다는 보장은, 언제나 그렇듯 오직 가톨릭교회 안에서, 그리고 가톨릭교회의 변함없는 전통 안에서만 찾을 수 있습니다. On 2 February 2026, the feast of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin, the Reverend Father Davide Pagliarani, Superior General of the Priestly Society of Saint Pius X, during the ceremony of the taking of the cassock which he presided over at the International Seminary of Saint-Curé-d’Ars in Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, France, publicly announced his decision to entrust the bishops of the Society with the task of proceeding with new episcopal consecrations, on 1 July next. Last August, he sought the favour of an audience with the Holy Father, making known his desire to present to the Holy Father, in a filial manner, the current situation of the Priestly Society of Saint Pius X. In a second letter, he explicitly expressed the particular need of the Society to ensure the continuation of the ministry of its bishops, who have been travelling the world for nearly forty years to respond to the many faithful attached to the Tradition of the Church and desirous, for the good of their souls, that the sacraments of Holy Orders and Confirmation be conferred. After having long matured his reflection in prayer, and having received from the Holy See, in recent days, a letter which does not in any way respond to our requests, Father Pagliarani, in harmony with the unanimous advice of his Council, judges that the objective state of grave necessity in which souls find themselves requires such a decision. The words he wrote on 21 November 2024, for the fiftieth anniversary of the historic declaration of Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, are more than ever the reflection of his thought and intentions: “It is only in the Catholic Church as it has always been, and in her unchanging Tradition, that we have the guarantee of possessing the Truth, of being able to preach it, and of being able to serve her. […] “The Society [of Saint Pius X] is not primarily seeking its own survival. It primarily seeks the good of the Universal Church and, for this reason, the Society is, par excellence, a work of the Church, which, with unique freedom and strength, responds adequately to the specific needs of an unprecedentedly tragic era. “This single goal is still ours today, just as it was fifty years ago. ‘That is why, without any spirit of rebellion, bitterness, or resentment, we pursue our work of forming priests, with the timeless Magisterium as our guide. We are persuaded that we can render no greater service to the Holy Catholic Church, to the Sovereign Pontiff and to posterity (Abp. Lefebvre, Declaration of 21 November 1974)’.
