The sons of GOD((Job 1:6)?

One day, When the sons of GOD came to the present themselves before the Lord, Satan also came among them. (Job 1:6)

Q   By the way, who are they, the sons of GOD?

1) I think that the scene was in Heaven..... then, was Satan in Heaven?

2) The ¡°sons of God¡± were the descendant of Set ?

A  This is a complete different context, not Genesis, but the book of Job. In that context, the ¡°Sons of God¡± designates the Angels, not the descendants of Sets like in Genesis; God gathers His council of Angels, like a king/emperor would gather his council of ministers. God gathers his council, not that He has something to ask since He knows all things, but rather in order to distribute His orders. The Devil sneaks in, not that he would be in Heaven, but rather because He must also execute God¡¯s order (though he does that unwillingly): for Satan, God¡¯s orders are rather ¡°restraining orders¡±! Precisely, Satan complains that he has too many restrictions, and asks that God would lift some of these restrictions and allow him to harm Job. I have explained that in another occasion.
