비오 12세의 성품성사[신품성사]

질문: 신부님이 아시다시피 자기들 각자의 블로그에서 성비오10세회를 비난하는 이들이 있습니다. 하나는 비오 12세의 종도헌장의 성품성사(신품성사)가 현대주의에 물들었다고 주장하고, 다른 하나는 그렇지 않다고 주장합니다. 그들은 둘 다 의견충돌이 있는 것 같습니다. (생략) 신부님은 어떻게 생각하시나요?

답변: 르페브르(Lefebvre) 대주교께서는 교황 비오 12세를 비난한 사람들을 매우 강력하게 분명히 책망할 것입니다. 특히 그 교황께서 성품성사(the Sacrament of Holy Orders, Sacramentum Ordinis)에 관한 법령과 같이 진리를 섬기는 데에 있어서 의무를 다할 때 더욱 그렇습니다. 나는 그분이 크리스테로스(Cristeros)나 파티마 등에 관련하여 비오 11세의 태도를 지나치게 비판한 사람들을 거부했던 것을 기억합니다. 그분이 이에 관하여 비오 11세(Pius XI)를 찬동했다는 것을 들은 적이 없다는 것과, 또한 그분이 비오 11세를 비판한 것을 들어본 적이 없음을 기억합니다. 비오 12세(Pius XII)도 마찬가지입니다. 그 블로거들은 르페브르(Lefebvre) 대주교의 정신이 없습니다.

A: Archbishop Lefebvre would most certainly reprove very strongly those who criticized Pope Pius XII, especially when he was doing his duty in the service of the truth, such as by his decree on the Sacrament of Holy Orders (Sacramentum Ordinis). I remember him rejecting those who over-criticized Pope Pius XI, with regards to Pius XI’s attitude with the Cristeros, or with Fatima, etc. though I do not remember ever hearing him approving Pope Pius XI’s attitude in these regards, I also do not remember ever hearing him criticising Pius XI. The same is even more true for Pius XII. Those bloggers do not have the spirit of Archbishop Lefebvre.
